Nut Free Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed and diced unpeeled potatoes
 - 1 cup steamed and diced unpeeled carrot
 - ½ cup water
 - 2 tsp unrefined salt
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - ½ cup nutritional yeast
 - ¼ cup onion powder
 - ¼ cup garlic powder
 - ¼ tsp mustard (rai) powder
 
Method
Blend all the ingredients together to a smooth, creamy paste. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
