Rocket And Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 100 g arugula (salad rocket) leaves
- 250-300 g unpeeled sweet potatoes, chopped into 1” cubes, steamed or roasted
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp unrefined salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper (kali mirch) powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve!
