This unique workshop helps one to return to one’s childhood and get in touch with one’s wounded inner parts and helps the child to heal and integrate the loving child within oneself.

It offers you a step by step method of returning to your childhood and repairing the wounds that left you weak and vulnerable.

The workshop helps you,

  • Converting your negative messages to positive ones.
  • Loving and reassuring your inner child
  • Enables you to access your own inner resources.

Time: 2pm to 5.30 pm
