A Gulp of Goodness

This recipe was demonstrated by Lisa Pitman during her Eating Without Heating demos in India.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and chopped ripe papaya
- 1 cup peeled and chopped pineapple
- 1 banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
- ⅔ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
In a blender, take all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
