Red Pesto
Ingredients
- 150 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 30 red and/or green basil leaves
- 1 tbsp pine nuts or almonds, roasted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp green olives
Method
Blend all the ingredients together with a few tablespoons of water until smooth. Serve. Also delicious as pasta sauce or served with whole-grain bread as an appetizer.
