Caesar Dressing
A healthy version of the classic dressing that is creamy, delicious and does not contain oil.
Ingredients
- 1 cup preferred non-dairy milk (soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, etc.)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Unrefined salt and black pepper powder to taste
Method
Blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Serve.
Makes about 1½ cups
