Pudina (Mint) Chutney
Ingredients
- 50 g fresh coriander leaves (dhania)
- 25 g mint leaves (pudina)
- 15 g roasted split Bengal gram (dalia)
- 2 green chillies
- ½” pc ginger
- ½ a raw mango/lime or extract of a marble-sized ball of tamarind (imli)
- Unrefined salt to taste
- Date paste to taste
Method
Wash and chop coriander, mint, green chillies and ginger. Add the rest of the ingredients. Grind in a blender/chutney grinder, until fine. Add a little water if required. Serve with chaat, parathas, idlis, dosa, vegan omelette, etc.
