Horsegram Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup horsegram (kulthi)
- 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
- 1 tsp white sesame (til)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Unrefined salt to taste
Method
In a heavy bottomed pan, dry roast the horsegram. Add the rest of the ingredients and roast until fragrant. Then, grind to a dry chutney in a blender.
