Masala Papad
Ingredients
- Urad/ragi/ moong dal papad
 - Green chillies, finely chopped
 - Spring onions, finely chopped
 - Tomatoes, finely chopped
 - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
 - Fresh lemon or lime
 
Method
Roast an assorted variety of urad, ragi or moong dal papads on an open flame and place on a tray. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and squeeze lime or lemon juice on top. Serve as a snack.
Variations
You may add different vegetables like colourful peppers, grated carrots, beetroot, etc.
