Learn how to build a foundation of good health in this special Mother’s Day talk – Raising Healthy Kids by four moms who will be sharing their practical experiences with you on inculcating health at every level – physical, mental, nutritional and spiritual.

This talk is ideal for those parents who have children upto 14 years of age, but all are welcome to join. It would be great for the dads to join in too!
