Let’s Laugh Together! – A World Laughter Day Special- Free event

‘A day without laughter is a day wasted‘ – Charlie Chaplin

Laughter is the best medicine indeed, as it boosts the immune system, relaxes the whole body, makes you feel good, helps burn calories and makes you live longer!

On the occasion of World Laughter Day, let’s begin our Sunday with some giggles and joy as we undertake a fun laughter yoga session together!

Time: 9.30 am IST to 10.15 am IST (8 am UAE, 12 pm Singapore / Hong Kong, 2 pm Australia)

Please ensure you join us on an empty stomach, so have a real early breakfast or have the same after the session.

This is a free event. If you can’t attend live, a recording will be sent.
