हम में से बहुत लोग आज के दिन में डिप्रेशन के शिकार हैं। चाहे युवा पीढी या प्रौढ़। खास कर आज कल जो दुनिया में हो रहा है या हो चुका है पिछले 1 ½ सालों में, उसके बारे में सोच कर, या फिर उससे जूझ कर, हम परेशान हो चूकें हैं। जिस तनाव से हम रोज़मर्रा जिंदगी में गुज़र रहे थे, उसके अलावा, 1- 1 ½ साल के लॉक डाउन ने हम में से कई लोगों को डिप्रेशन का मरीज बना दिया होगा।

अगर नौजवान काम पर नहीं जा सकता तो बच्चे स्कूल नहीं जा सकते। बाहर खेलने या व्यायाम करने नहीं जा सकते। ठंडी हवा खाने नहीं जा सकते। किसी की नौकरी गई तो किसी का बिज़नेस गया। घर की महिलाओं का तो काम ही इतना बढ़ गया क्यों की सभी घर पर ही हैं । वह भी डिप्रेशन का शिकार हो सकती है।

आइये जुड़िये हमारे साथ और जानिए डिप्रेशन की वजह, विज्ञान के नज़रिये से और कुछ उपाय जो आप आसानी से अपना सकते हैं।

What is depression? Why does it happen? and What can we do about it?

A lot of people among us are suffering from depression. Whether young or middle aged. Especially, with whatever is happening around us or has happened around us in the past 1 ½ years, either thinking about it or fighting it, we are a troubled lot. The stress we were facing in our daily lives, apart from that the lock downs in the last 1- 1 ½ years may have turned many of us into people with a depressive state of mind.

Today, if a young man cannot go to work, a child too cannot go to school. He cannot go out to play or to exercise or to get fresh air. If someone has lost his job, someone else has lost his business. A Home Maker has her hands full as everyone is at home. She may be depressed too.
