At the end of the class, participants will be aware of possibilities of a yummy delightful life without Dairy products, refined foods and comfortable in cooking without oil with many tips & ideas shared.

Time: 3 pm – 6 pm (arrive by 2.45 pm)

Recipes: 7 – 9 oil free yummy delights

1. Base sauce/masala for all types of cookingtips on use with pastas, pizzas with herbal additions/variations- 2 veggies
2. Oil free Tempering of daal
3. Oil free snacks dalia/kebabs- variations
4. Baked Veg Casserole with Cashew Cheese
5. Dessert- Raw Date Candy

Take away: handouts, tips, hands-on experience while learning and sample the food.

Contribution: Rs. 1800/- Per person, Rs. 4800 for 3 or more.
