Who doesn’t love MANGOES? In addition to being sumptuous, pulpy and amazing, mangoes pack a host of health benefits too! Mangoes help in digestion, promote healthy gut, boost immunity, lower cholesterol, clear the skin and even may aid weight loss! Let’s learn from our nutritionist Shalu Nijhawan, how to Beat the Heat this summer with mangoes, with some simple and cool recipes that will make your Whole Plant based journey even more enjoyable.

Contribution:  Rs. 650/- + 18% GST

Registrations for the live event will close at 4 pm on Saturday 10th April 2021.

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may choose to receive the recording. This will be available to you as per your choice, on the day after the event or the nearest Friday/ Saturday/ or Sunday after the event for a limited time of 24 hours. You can register by clicking on the registration button and you will be guided to choose between the live and the recorded event. The price will remain exactly the same.

Cancellation 24 hours before the event attracts full refund. No refund for cancellation on the day of the event.
