Cooking for Health

If your goal is to heal lifestyle diseases without medication, to lose weight without depravation and to improve your overall well-being, we can show you how. You will learn the basics of eating a whole food plant based lifestyle that Dr. Nandita Shah prescribes and how you can embrace it in your daily routine. We will show you how easy it is to cook oil-free, dairy-free and sugar-free. You will receive a recipe handout of all the recipes we demonstrate along with two bonus recipes and a tasting after.
Cooking demo includes:
- Green smoothie
- Thandai
- Peanut rice yogurt
- Peanut butter
- Dosa
- Paneer bhurji
- Cashew cream and cheese
- Chocolate energy balls
Time: 4 pm to 6.30 pm
Contribution: Dhs.250 per person.
