The reason we are falling sick today or putting on weight is because of the food we eat. Once we start eating right, our body begins to heal. Get introduced to the right way of eating with SHARAN’s Whole Plant Based Diet Workshop! This class will transform your life and the way you cook. You will learn to cook the delicious dishes without oil, sugar or the dairy products. You can reverse your diseases by eating right food.

When we are adopting a Healthy Whole Plant based Food as per SHARAN, there can arise some initial doubts and questions about cooking. Creating healthy alternatives is also equally important as dropping unhealthy food. This cooking class will fast-track your Healthy Cooking skills, It covers the following aspects:

How to make a perfect Green Smoothie? What combinations work best?
How to replace Dairy with Healthy Alternatives. (for Milk, Yogurt, Butter, Cheese, Panneer)
How to Cook Oil-Free (Tadka/ Seasoning, Frying Onions etc)
How to Make Sugar-free Desserts!
You will receive a Print-out of all the Recipes and also taste all of them after the demo.
