Let’s take a mini tour of our versatile country, as we relish the flavours each direction has to offer, keeping the most essential thing in mind – Health.

Head North and learn to make Goitha with amchur ki chutney, Dum Aloo and Vegetable Biryani without a drop of ghee or cream! The East offers Momos made even healthier and Bengali Motor Shutir Kachoris unfried! Closer home, the West will include Misal Pav (yes the pav will also be taught!) and Karanji. Whereas down South, you can pick up Bisi Beli Bath and Sukhiyon.
