Be a part of SHARAN’s book reading club where we love to create space for detailed discussions on a healthy lifestyle.

Book in Focus: Reversing Diabetes in 21 days – Dr.Nandita Shah (Founder, Director, SHARAN )

The book helps us understand a nutrition based approach to diabetes and related problems.

A 21-Day challenge is all it takes to get on the path to reversing diabetes. Sounds unbelievable? It’s true!

Let us meet, read and discuss how by taking a few steps, you can tackle diabetes and revolutionize your health.

DATE: Starting Monday, 12th October 2020 (Every Monday to Saturday)

Time: 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm IST ( 8.00 am New York time, 1.00 pm UK time, 4.00 pm UAE time, 8.00 pm Singapore time)

Contribution – Rs 1500/-

Registration will close an hour before the event time.

On behalf of this group, I thank you so much Shalini. Just hearing your own story of reversing your asthma and IBS and running the marathon is a great source of inspiration and motivation for all of us. You are an inspiration to all of us. We have been able to share our own personal stories of diabetes, learnt from each one and bonded with the group.

This will surely keep us committed on our journey and goal to reverse our
diabetes so that we can all proudly say & Yes we have done it. A Big Thank You to Shalini and SHARAN Team. You are doing a wonderful job.

Thanks a lot for the classes. The sessions were excellent. We have been
highly benefited. I thank you so much for your perseverant efforts for my well
being.

I highly highly appreciate the way and the dedication with which you hold your
sessions. Your delivery is par excellence. Coming from an academic
background I completely understand and realise what it takes to hold the
class with continuous interest not loosing the grip for a moment.

I had no intention of ditching dairy as you say, when I joined and I told you so
but hats off to your sessions that not only me but also my husband have
decided and have taken up 21 days challenge. You have lit a torch to our
well-being.
