Healthy Book Readings

Be a part of SHARAN’s book reading club where we love to create space for detailed discussions on a healthy lifestyle.

Book in Focus: IKIGAI – The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life

The book inspires and comforts us by giving us the life changing tools to uncover your personal Ikigai. It will show you how to leave urgency behind, find your purpose, nurture friendships and throw yourself into your passions.

Let us connect, read and discuss how by taking a few steps you can bring meaning and joy to every day!

Starting Monday 22nd June 2020 (Every Monday to Friday)

Time: 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm IST ( 8.30 am New York time, 1.30 pm UK time, 4.30 pm UAE time, 8.30 pm Singapore time)

Contribution: Rs 1000/- For all sessions
