Healthy Cooking Fiesta

SHARAN presents a ‘Healthy Cooking Fiesta’, in Bangalore.

These are three of SHARAN’s selected cooking workshops that will be conducted on the same day by our associates Madhura and Rose. You could join all three sessions or either one or two.

Once we start eating right, our body begins to heal. Get introduced to the right way of eating with SHARAN’s cooking workshops where all recipes demonstrated will be Whole Plant Based without the use of oil, sugar and dairy.

Session 1: Healthy Chaat Class

Time: 10.00 am – 11.30 am

Mouth-watering recipes coming your way…Imagine if you could make all the delicious street foods sold by roadside vendors and local shops in the hygienic environs of your kitchen and that too healthy, what a wonderful combination it would be!

Session 2: Indian Curries and Bread

Time: 12.00 pm – 2.00 pm

We told someone – ‘We are having an Indian food class where we will show you how to make all the dishes without ghee, oil, milk, paneer and butter.’ Their immediate reply was ‘Then it can’t be Indian!!’

Come and get surprised that how delicious the Indian cuisine can be without the unnecessary frills which not only help us add the kilos but are actually harmful for our health too!
