Nothing screams “Mexican food” more than cheesy nachos and tangy sour cream. So, is it hard for someone on a whole food plant-based diet to enjoy these Tex-Mex treats?

Absolutely not! This class will demonstrate easy-to-follow recipes for you to make restaurant-style Mexican food at home. The best part is that you won’t need to use any oil, processed sugar, or dairy – it’s all completely guilt-free.

Join Nipa’s two sessions of Mexican Fiesta, where she will guide you through the preparation of a Mexican meal complete with drinks, starters and main course.

Menu:

Day 1

• Watermelon Chilli Margarita
• Tri Coloured Tortillas and Nachos
• Guacamole
• Pico De Gallo (Salsa)
• Sour Cream
• Cheesy Nacho Sauce
• Mushroom and Corn Quesadilla

Day 2

• Enchiladas
• Refried Beans
• Sautéed Fajita Veggies
• Mexican Rice

Time: 5 pm – 6:30 pm IST (12.30 pm UK, 3.30 pm UAE, 7.30 pm Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST, 9.30 pm AET)

Contribution:  Rs. 1000/- + 18% GST

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may choose to receive the recording. This will be available to you as per your choice, on the day after the event or the nearest Friday/ Saturday/ or Sunday after the event for a limited time of 48 hours. You can register by clicking on the registration button and you will be guided to choose between the live and the recorded event. The price will remain exactly the same.
