Raw mango pickles have been part of Indian traditions since ages. Usually a lot of oil is added to keep the pickles from going bad. But in this class, presenter Palak Jain will show how to make oil free pickles! Most of these are heirloom recipes of her family. Tested and served since ages. Few of those are tweaked a little to fit into a whole food plant based lifestyle.

Good news is that these pickles stay good for a long time with a shelf life of 1-2 years!
