Women nowadays are facing stress both at work and at home. It is very difficult to find a balance, since women take on themselves the role of managing the home, raising children, looking after parents and in laws and managing a career!
This workshop is aimed mainly for women dealing with stress and also for all women searching for a balance in their lives.
