शरण – एक कदम स्वास्थ्य की ओर

स्वास्थ्य पर हम सभी का अधिकार है। शरण में हम यही मानते हैं। हमने एक ऐसी मुहिम छेड़ी है जिसे आप कह सकते हैं “स्वास्थ्य सर्वोपरि” यानि एक ऐसी विचारधारा जिसमे सेहत हमारे लिए प्रमुख हो जाए।
हमारे हिन्दी भाषी दर्शक भी हमारे कार्यक्रमों में हिस्सा ले सकें इसीलिए हमारा और एक प्रयास आपके सामने प्रस्तुत है ।
अक्सर हम विज्ञापन से ही स्वास्थ्य संबन्धित जानकारी भी प्राप्त कर लेते हैं जो की बाद में कई बीमारियों का कारण भी बनती हैं, पर जब तक हम समझ पाते हैं बहुत देर हो चुकी होती हैं। बीमारियाँ हमारे अपने लिए ही नहीं अपितु हमारे प्रियजनों को भी बहुत तकलीफ देती हैं। आइये जीवनशैली संबन्धित बीमारियों के बारे में सीखे कि हम कैसे इनसे निजात पाएँ ।
हमारे खाने में क्या क्या होना चाहिए, क्या नहीं होना चाहिए, किन चीज़ों से हमे परहेज करना चाहिए और क्यों? क्या हमे गलत जानकारी मिली है? या वक्त के साथ जानकारी उपयोगी नहीं है?
शरण के पाँच महा बिन्दु – जो हमारे जीवन को सम्पूर्ण रूप से स्वस्थ और आनंद दायक बना देंगे। जुडते हैं शर्मिला कन्नन के साथ, वह अपनी जानकारी हमारे साथ बांटेंगी।

SHARAN – A STEP TOWARDS GOOD HEALTH

All of us have a right to good health. At SHARAN, this is what we believe in. We have started a campaign that you would call “Health Foremost” that is, your health becomes your topmost priority.
In another of our endeavours to include our hindi speaking viewers in our programs, we present the following:

Normally we take all information pertaining to health from the media, which becomes the reason for so many diseases. But, by the time we understand this, it’s generally too late. Diseases cause untold suffering not only to us but also our loved ones. Come, join us to learn how we can reverse lifestyle related diseases.
What should our food contain, what it shouldn’t contain, what should we eliminate from our diet and why? Have we got incorrect information? Or with time the information received is no more useful ?
The SHARAN – five points – which can fill our lives with health and happiness. Join Sharmila Kannan as she shares her knowledge with us.

This is a free talk, but registration is a must.
