‘Grow your own Greens’

a physiotherapist with a green thumb!

Like Jerold, learn to grow your own microgreens at home. You can grow organic chia, amaranth, basil, sesame & more! Jerold’s recent event in Sharjah was much appreciated. We are  doing it again in Dubai due to popular demand, this time with added hands on participation.

The program will start with breakfast, then a short talk and demonstration followed by a hands on practice by the participants. It will cover everything that you need to know in order to put this in your daily practice and reap the immense health benefits, not to mention the financial and taste benefits!.

Time: 9 am to 11:30 am
