Soups, Starters and Salads Special

The lightness of salads combined with the warmth of soups make an ideal meal. Actually they are also a great start to any of your meals, anytime of the day. Add on a starter and your meal is complete.

Salads need not be restricted to chopping cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes! Salads can be made wholesome and tasty and those that will last the entire day.

Learn to make delicious and healthy salads, starters and soups which you can whip up every day of the week, and carry with you when you step out or at work without the use of dairy, oil and sugar.
