When we switch to a whole plant-based diet, the biggest challenge is making the same lip-smacking good food for the entire family but without milk, milk products or oil. It is important to retain the authentic taste of the dishes so that your family too can adapt to this new lifestyle.

In this class we are going to show you how to cook your delicious daily meals while following the whole plant-based principles.

Menu:

  • Sambar Powder
  • Rasam Powder
  • Paruppu Podi (dal powder)
  • Onion Sambar
  • Tomato Rasam

Time: 5.30 pm – 7 pm (7.00 am USA, 12.00 pm UK, 4.00 pm UAE, 8.00 pm Singapore, 11.00 pm Australia)

Contribution: Rs 350 per person

Registrations for the live event will close an hour before the event time.

Note: You will receive an automated confirmation message and if the payment is made you will also receive a zoom link as soon as you register.

Recipe sheets will be shared via email one day prior to the session.

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may choose to receive the recording. This will be available to you as per your choice, on the day after the event or the nearest Friday/ Saturday/ or Sunday after the event for a limited time of 24 hours. You can register by clicking on the registration button and you will be guided to choose between the live and the recorded event. The price will remain exactly the same.

Strictly no recordings will be given to those who have registered for the LIVE zoom session, whatever may be the reason.

Cancellation 24 hours before the event attracts full refund. No refund for cancellation on the day of the event.
