जब हम अपने स्वास्थ्य संबंधी निर्णय अपने हाथों मेँ लेने का फैसला करते हैं, तब पहला खयाल यह आता है की मेँ कैसे ये सारे परिवर्तन अपनी  सरोई मेँ कर सकती हूँ ?
क्या यह आसान होगा?
यह कार्य  कितना वक़्त लेगा?चलिये, सुनते  हैं सोमना को, कि कैसे उन्होने अपनी रसोई मेँ बदलाव किए,खाना बनाने के तरीके व व्यंजनों को सामिष से वनस्पति जगत आधारित पूर्ण आहार मेँ  परिवर्तित
किया। वह हमें  सरल तरीको से दिखाएंगी कि बदलना कितना आसान है। वह कुछ व्यंजनों को बनाने के तरीके व नुस्खे भी हम सभी के साथ सांझा करेंगी।हमें यकीन है कि वह  हम  मेँ  से कई दर्शक व श्रोतागण को बदलने  के लिए प्रेरित करेंगी, हमें यह दिखा कर कि परिवर्तन कितना आसान है।

When we decide to take health in our own hands, the first thought that comes is that how will I make all the changes in the kitchen? Will it be easy? Is it time consuming? Let’s hear Somna tell us how she changed her kitchen, her cooking methods and her recipes from non vegetarian to whole food plant based. She will show us simple methods of how she adapted. She will also demonstrate a few cooking tips and recipes.

We are sure she will inspire many of us to make the change by showing us how easy it is.
