Let’s face it – most of us are all in an Immunity see-saw when it comes to foods! We eat foods that we feel help us stay healthy and at the same time, we indulge in foods which bring our immunity down!! So the end result doesn’t really get us anywhere.

The idea is to increase the immunity boosters and reduce and eventually eliminate the immunity destroyers for optimum health.

We shall together build an Immunity Revolution on the last weekend of every month, where we will have two sessions.

Saturday will be on an immunity enhancer
Sunday will focus on an immunity destroyer
