  • How to make healthier food choices
  • How mindful eating is cruelty free and suffering free
  • One LIVE guided mindful eating exercise
  • Theory & Practical of mindful eating
  • Mindfulness Practice building through 5 Mindful Eating Activities each day on WhatsApp for 5 days

Date of Zoom Meeting: One online session on Zoom (Monday, 4th October 2021)

Time: 6:30 – 7:30 pm (9 am New York, 2.00 pm UK, 5.00 pm UAE, 9 pm Hong Kong & Singapore)

Contribution: Rs. 650/- + 18% GST
