Celebrate the coming of winter with some nourishing soups and mineral/superfood rich salads. Learn how to incorporate more seasonal vegetables into your diet and how not to fall sick as seasons change.

Menu: Fiery Papaya and Lemongrass soup, Tofu and greens Soba noodle soup, Creamy Mushroom soup, Yam Soup, Winter veges in Watermelon seed dressing, Greek Salad with Vegan Feta, Pumpkin Zoodles in Creamy Pesto, Red Pepper Marinara dressing, Nori Gomasio.

Time : 1 pm to 4 pm.

Contribution: ₹2200 per person.
