Avocado and Miso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- ¼ of an onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 large or two small red radishes, finely grated
- ½ tsp mustard
- Unrefined salt to taste (in case required – the miso paste is salty)
Method
Mash the avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve this on bread or as a dip with freshly sliced vegetables.
