Cashew Sour Cream Dressing

  • 40 g (2½ tbsp) cashew paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp mustard seed powder
  • Unrefined salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped or 1 medium-sized spring onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp date paste

Method

Blend all the ingredients together and serve as a dip or add a few tablespoons of water to obtain a pourable consistency to use as salad dressing.
