Corn Bhel
Ingredients
- ½ cup steamed American corn kernels
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup finely chopped steamed potatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- ⅓ cup chopped cucumber
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- ½ tbsp date – tamarind chutney
- ½ tbsp spicy chutney (made of mint, green chillies, lime juice, salt and roasted split Bengal gram (chana dal))
- ⅛ tsp roasted cumin (jeera) seeds
- Unrefined salt to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves, for the garnish
Method
According to taste, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Garnish just before serving.
