Creamy Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup crumbled silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp date paste
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Unrefined salt to taste

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding a little water to obtain a pouring consistency.
