Fig Spread

Ingredients
- 100 g dried figs
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 100 g almonds
- 50 g dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method
Rinse and soak cashew nuts, almonds, figs and dates overnight in water. Drain, but do not discard the soaking water. In a blender, puree all the ingredients along with a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Add a small quantity of the water if you like a thinner consistency. Serve on bread or over fruit.
