Ladies Finger Chutney
Ingredients
- 500 g ladies’ finger (bhindi)
- 1 mature fresh coconut, grated
- 5 green chillies
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon-sized ball of tamarind
- Unrefined salt to taste
Method
In a kadhai, roast the ladies finger without oil, until it is dry. Roast the coconut. Roast the green chillies and garlic. Grind together along with tamarind pulp and salt.
