Lemony Carrot Salad with Dill
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized unpeeled carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 3 tbsp chopped dill leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ¼ tsp unrefined salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper (kali mirch) powder
Method
To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Add carrots, spring onions and dill. Toss well and serve.
