Moong Chaat
Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted moong beans
 - ½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
 - 1 potato, steamed and cubed
 - 1 tomato, diced
 - 1 cucumber, diced
 - Lemon juice to taste
 - Red chilli powder to taste
 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
 - Dry mango powder (amchur) to taste
 - Chaat masala to taste
 - 1 onion (optional), finely chopped
 
Method
Steam the moong beans with some turmeric for about 15 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix with a spoon and serve.
