Nut Free Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed and diced unpeeled potatoes
  • 1 cup steamed and diced unpeeled carrot
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp unrefined salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard (rai) powder

Method

Blend all the ingredients together to a smooth, creamy paste. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Makes 4 cups
