Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
This shake is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fibre to your day, but having a pumpkin in the morning will keep you fuller, for longer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¾ cup steamed and cooled chopped pumpkin
- 2 tbsp raisins or dates (preferably soaked)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
Method
Blend all the above ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled.
