Tender Coconut Chaas (Buttermilk)
Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy flesh of tender coconut
- 6-8 drops lemon juice
- 2½ cups water
- 1 tsp chaas masala
Method
Blend the tender coconut flesh to obtain a thick cream, with 2 tbsp water. Add lemon juice, remaining water and chaas masala. Stir well. Chill, pour into glasses and serve.
