Tofu Pesto
Ingredients
- 100 g tofu
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 cup basil
- 1 tbsp seed butter
- Soy milk as required
- Unrefined salt to taste
Method
Take all the ingredients (except the soymilk) in a blender or food processor and pulse. Add soymilk to obtain the desired consistency. Serve as a spread or a dip with vegetable sticks.
