Tri-Coloured Salad
IngredientsÂ
- 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 raw mango, julienned
- 1 sprig mint
For the Dressing
- 6 tbsp tamarind juice
- 2 red chillies (or to taste), chopped
- Unrefined salt to taste
Method
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together. Place all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour in the dressing. Toss well and serve.
