White Sauce I

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes, diced and steamed
  • ½ L coconut milk
  • Unrefined salt to taste
  • ⅛ tsp oregano
  • Whole black pepper to taste

Method

In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk if necessary. Boil the sauce to remove the starchy taste. This sauce may be used with pasta or vegetables.
